SHIPPING POLICY

It is your responsibility to check this “Shipping Policy” page each time you order our products to ensure you are up to date with any changes or amendments.

 Order Processing and Delivery

If possible the shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. Once an order has been received in our system, it can generally take approximately 2-4 business days to process and ship. Domestic delivery will take approximately 3-8 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times.

 We only ship to addresses located within The United States of America at this moment. Please contact us at team@vexden.com for international shipments.

Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm eastern time.

Orders placed Monday through Friday after 5:00pm eastern time will be processed the following business day.

Shipments may be sent using USPS, UPS, FedEx or DHL. Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouses and fulfillment centers.

 If you have not received your order, your order is damaged, or you require an exchange, please contact us immediately at team@vexden.com. Failure to contact us in a timely manner may affect your ability to return any damaged products to us.

You agree that we may charge you any sales or nexus taxes collected in your jurisdiction as applicable when ordering any of our products.

When tracking your shipment, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking to update. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number.

Re-Ordering Guidelines

 We encourage our customers to place an order when half of their stock is gone. This will prevent shipping delays and ensure you will not run out of parts.

Unanticipated Events

You agree not to hold us liable for any disruption of our service or failure to deliver our product for any reason beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, riots, criminal acts, labor shortages, labor strikes (both lawful and unlawful), postal service or courier service disruption, infrastructure disruption, communication failure, material shortages, or any other circumstance that may be beyond our control.

Continuity

Should any provision of this Agreement be unlawful, void, or otherwise legally unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain enforceable as though the unenforceable provision had not been a part of this Agreement.

Consent

By purchasing our Products or using/visiting our website, you are agreeing to abide by and act in accordance with these Terms of Service including our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Returns Policy. Accessing our Website and/or purchasing our Products constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and www.vexden.com with respect to the Site and it surpasses any and all prior or concurrent communications, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and www.vexden.com with respect to the Site

SHIPPING METHOD OPTIONS:

Every single order is carefully considered by our team so we can guarantee that the products arrive in their most ideal condition.

*HAWAII CUSTOMERS: WHEN SHIPPING TO HAWAII, PLEASE ADD 1 EXTRA BUSINESS DAY TO THE GUIDELINES ABOVE.

Large Quantities

For large quantity orders, we will contact you directly to review shipping options and coordinate delivery needs. Some of our products require a lead time when ordered in larger quantities. On occasion, larger confection orders will require an additional lead time not otherwise listed on the product pages. If there is a delay, our team will reach out to you right away to assist you with planning for the arrival of your order.

Future Delivery Dates

To place an order with a future ship date please contact us directly at team@vexden.com M-F 8:30am-5:00pm ET.

Returns

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at team@vexden.com, 8:30am-5:00pm ET with details of the product and quality concern.

Unattended Packages

If no one is available to receive your order upon arrival at its final destination, our carriers will leave it at the door. If this could pose a problem or if the package could be exposed to heat, we recommend shipping to an address where someone can sign for and receive your package. VEXDEN is not responsible for damage due to weather exposure or theft incurred after delivery.

PO & APO Boxes

Our carriers cannot ship to PO or APO boxes, so please make sure to use a valid street address when placing your order.

International

Unfortunately, VEXDEN does not ship internationally at this moment.
