Data deletion instructions

If you have any questions about this text, write to us.

You can ask Vexden LLC, 13725 SW 139th Ct, Unit 108, Miami, FL 33186, to delete the personal data we hold about you, including your WhatsApp conversations with us and the data we receive through Meta services (your WhatsApp phone number, your profile name and the content of your messages).

How to ask

  1. Send an email to team@vexden.com with the subject «Data deletion request».
  2. Include your name and the phone number (with country code) or email address you used with us.
  3. If you prefer, you can also send the same request by WhatsApp to +1 786 602-0906 or by mail to Vexden LLC, 13725 SW 139th Ct, Unit 108, Miami, FL 33186.

To protect your data, we may ask you to confirm that the phone number or email is yours (for example, by replying from it) before deleting anything.

What we delete

  • Your contact details (name, phone number, WhatsApp profile name, email and company).
  • Your conversations with us by WhatsApp, email or our website forms, including photos and audio you sent.
  • Your quotes and requests that did not become a purchase.

What we may keep

Only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and accounting records of completed purchases, for the time the law requires and for no other use. We also keep a short note that you asked for deletion, so that we do not contact you again.

How long it takes

We will confirm that we received your request and complete it within thirty days. When it is done, we will tell you by the same channel you used.

Your Meta and WhatsApp accounts

Deleting your data at Vexden does not delete your WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram account, or the data that Meta keeps under its own policies. You can manage that data from the settings of those apps.

If your business connected its WhatsApp Business account to Vexden's messaging tools, you can remove the connection at any time from your Meta business settings, or ask us by email. We will then stop using that connection and delete the access we received.
